These terms govern your use of Spacebeam's software products (Zerg, Wild Zerg), services, and websites. By using them, you agree to these terms. If you are using our products on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Zerg and Wild Zerg are proprietary software. Spacebeam grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software in accordance with your subscription or agreement. You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, or sublicense the software except as expressly permitted in writing.
Wild Zerg runs on your infrastructure. You are responsible for your own systems, data, and compliance with applicable law. Spacebeam does not access your inference data, models, or agent state unless you grant support access.
Paid tiers require a subscription or agreement. Fees are as described at the time of purchase. Wild Zerg Enterprise is licensed per cluster under a written agreement; community and pro tiers are licensed as described on the pricing page.
You agree not to use the software to violate law, infringe rights of others, or deploy it in ways that endanger people or systems. You are responsible for the actions of your agents.
The software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Spacebeam does not warrant that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spacebeam's aggregate liability arising from these terms or the software shall not exceed the amounts you paid to Spacebeam in the twelve months preceding the claim. Spacebeam is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
You may stop using the software at any time. Spacebeam may terminate access for breach of these terms. On termination, your license ends; your data on your own infrastructure remains yours.
These terms are governed by the laws of Costa Rica. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Costa Rica.
