What this covers

This policy describes how Spacebeam Corporation S.R.L. ("Spacebeam", "we", "us") handles information collected through our public websites (spacebeam.org, wildzerg.com, zergbase.com, zergs.net) and the Zerg, Wild Zerg, and Zergbase platforms.

The short version

Your AI data stays on your hardware. The Zerg platform is designed to run inference on your own machines. Your models, prompts, and completions do not leave your infrastructure unless you connect an external provider with your own API keys.
We are self-hosted and self-funded. There is no advertising, no data brokerage, and no third-party analytics on our sites.
We collect only what you send us. Contact and evaluation requests are handled over email and are used to respond to you.

Website requests. Standard server logs (IP address, user agent, requested resource) for security and operational purposes. We do not use third-party analytics or tracking cookies.
Contact and evaluation requests. When you email us or submit an evaluation request, we receive your name, email address, company, and whatever you choose to tell us. We use this only to respond to your request.
Account data (Zerg platform). If you operate a Zerg instance, your instance data — users, credentials, agent state — lives on your infrastructure under your control.

We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties except as required to operate our services or comply with law.

Data retention

Server logs are retained for operational and security purposes and rotated automatically. Email correspondence is retained as long as needed to serve your request.
